Position Qualifications:
• Understanding of construction terminology.
• Proven commitment to safety practices on site.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Capable of heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Proof of identity and employment authorization.
• Basic understanding of hand tools (a plus).
• TOOLS REQUIRED: General labor gloves, boots (must be over ankle, steel toes not required). Hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest supplied by company one time per year
Position Summary:
• Support project team in construction and installation of safety measures
• Actively participate in Task Hazard Analysis (THA)
• Work in an organized manner
• Utilize common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, water pump, hammer drill, saw, demolition hammer, etc.)
• Must be able to follow detailed directions and stay on a timeline.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Assist other trades when necessary
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Assist with basic tasks like digging, lifting, water pumping, and moving heavy items.
• Help set up and maintain temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Maintain, protect, and secure all company tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• And other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
